What is a mom to do when there is a house to be cleaned, sandy laundry from a week at the beach to wash, phone calls to be made, children to teach, potluck dish to cook, fundraiser the next day to prepare for and a myriad of other things to be done? She forgets about it and goes off to play with her children!!! After all, the other things will be there waiting for her the next day, but there is no guarantee her children will be......
Auburn had their celebration of the last day of school today and we spent THE ENTIRE day there. So much fun, but now I am exhausted!
Unfortunately the beginning of the day it decided to rain. Hasn't rained in a month, so it rains today, of course!! Luckily Amco had these really cool ponchos they were handing out. It didn't deter the other children at all, in fact they reveled in it while the babies and I sought refuge under a tree.
The fire dept showed how to tear apart a vehicle
Lots of inflatable's, which always make for a great day !
Trying to dry out.
Oh, how I adore this face! Makes me smile every time I see his impish grin. He is such a happy baby!
This is what you get when you play too hard.
I live for moments like this. Big brother Isaac taking care of Sariah.

Auburn always has the best activities! I'm so glad you ran away from all your chores! : ) You're two babies are looking more and more alike these days!
funny you mention the babies are beginning to look alike! For the past few weeks when I go to Costco and they are sitting next to eachother in the side-by-side seats, people are always commenting on the "cute twins". Guess it is an indication of what life will be like in a few years when they average out a little more. It is a tad freaky how much they look alike though.
