For our not back to school party we celebrated with slurpees and our not back to school gifts. Daddy then gave each of the children a blessing and one for the teacher too, cause I can tell already I am going to need it this year.
As I was listening to him bless each of the children I felt the spirit so strongly. I took notes, but can’t seem to find them. It was amazing to hear how different each of the blessings were, how they were obviously meant just for that child. Such an example of how Heavenly father knows each and every one of us. Both Matt and I felt so thankful that we are able to pursue this home schooling journey with our children. We still feel so very strongly that this is the way our Father in Heaven intended for us to raise our children. Learning close to his word in a safe and loving environment with joy and excitement. It is truly such a blessing and a joy. Here’s to another exciting year!
