Haunted Forest, you got to go!!!

Seri's youth group is helping to put on a Haunted Forest. Matt is thrilled to once again be using his technical theater talents and skills. He is serving as the lighting director and Seri works in the Haunted circus tent, Michael has even joined in and run's the special effects for the Mad Laboratory.
It has been a rough month as those three have been devoting a great chunk of their time to this effort. I do miss my family.
Last night I decided to surprise them and show up to see what exactly it is they were working on. Matt and Seri took me through it and I was pretty impressed.
I guess I have gotten more timid as I got older. I was quite scared. At first Seri started out a good ten paces ahead of us and I was content to let her be, because then they jumped out at her and by the time we got there, all the scary "jump outs" were already done. She caught on though and then I was sandwiched between Matt and Seri. Matt had the baby and I started informing those who may be hiding that we had a baby and so they should be gentle with us. At one point they asked me to go into a dark building first. I was truly scared and there was no way on earth that was going to happen!!! How can my whole family, including Tristan, be so brave while I am such a wuss?
The only bad part of it all is that a lot of the girls that I work with were also actors. I went through a period where I use to swear quite a bit, not horribly, but let's say my vocabuary was not all that enriched. I have mostly broken the habit except for when I am very angry or scared. So every time someone jumped out at me I would swear, the actor would then say "oh, hi Mrs. O. !!" So now the girls have all heard me swear. :( They still love me though.
